In Mindful Movement, we emphasize static poses, alignment, and controlled breathing techniques to cultivate inner resilience and muscular strength. You may find influences from Functional Movement, Self-Myofascial Release, and Pilates.

Stretch + Release

Intensity: Less intense

Join us for a movement practice that combines traditional yoga postures with the power of self-myofascial release using RAD Rollers.This class will help you ease tension, increase flexibility, and enhance muscle recovery. Perfect for all levels, you'll leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and refreshed.
