Whether you're brand new to yoga or just new to our studio, welcome—we're so glad you're here.

We believe yoga is for every body and every stage of life. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, offering a mix of movement, breath, and presence. No pressure. No performance. Just the practice.

Your First Step: Try 2 Weeks for $39

Our 2 Week Special gives you unlimited classes for two weeks—plenty of time to explore styles, meet teachers, and find your flow.

What to Expect

  • All Levels Welcome: You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga.” Just come as you are.

  • Friendly Community: Our students and teachers are warm, real humans who support each other—no cliques, no judgment.

  • Mat Rentals Available: Forgot yours? We’ve got you.

  • Doors open 15 minutes before class: Come early to settle in.

  • We intentionally do not have mirrors in the practice space so you can focus on how you feel, not how you look.

Which Class Should I Start With?

We recommend:

  • Mindful Movement – learn the basics and challenge yourself in a supportive space

  • Gentle Flow + Rest – for an evening option designed for beginners

  • Slow Flow – gentle, grounding, and beginner-friendly

How to Book a Class

  3. Choose Your Class + Book Your Spot

A Few Things to Know

  • Cancel at least 6 hours ahead to avoid a fee (for waitlisted classes)

  • Wear clothes you can move in

  • Bring water and an open mind
